Tehreek-e-Tahafuz Ain-e-Pakistan leader Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar on Thursday filed a petition with the Supreme Court seeking the formation of a full court bench on the 26th Constitutional amendment. The petition requested that the majority decision of the Practice and Procedure Committee of Oct 31 be implemented, while the administrative decision regarding non-implementation of the committee's decision be declared null and void. The 26th amendment introduced major reforms in judiciary including regulating the SC's suo motu powers.
