Ambassador of Pakistan to France Mumtaz Zahra Baloch on Sunday highlighted the multifaceted relations between Pakistan and France and the wider francophone world. She said while the governments created frameworks and agreements, it was the people professionals, academics, entrepreneurs, and civil society leaders, who gave life to bilateral relationships between countries. The envoy addressed the Association of Pakistani Francophone (French-speaking) Professionals (PPRF) at an event held at the Embassy of Pakistan, a statement said. She appreciated the work of PPRF and its contribution in promoting professional networking and cultural exchanges.
