The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday sent a matter to the Director Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) regarding the forcible offloading of the citizen from a flight of Azerbaijan, and disposed of the case. The court said that the DG FIA should take action on this request as per the law and submit a report. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued a written order regarding hearing on a petition of citizen Ehteshamul Haq. The court said that according to the petitioner, he was forcibly offloaded from a flight to Azerbaijan. The petitioner requested to declare the offloading as illegal, it said.
