Dr Abdul Haleem Khan, the grandson of the first prime minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Khan Abdul Hameed Khan, passed away in Peshawar on Sunday. He had been suffering from heart disease. The late Dr Khan was the elder brother of Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) and former finance minister Abdul Majeed Khan, and also the brother of Abdul Mateen Khan, who resides in the UK. A sincere and highly professional dental surgeon, Dr Khan was widely known as a kind, sociable and humble individual.
