The IHC on Friday issued pre-admission notices to the PMDC as well as the health and law ministries on a petition challenging the advertisement for the appointment of the PMDC registrar. During the hearing before the court of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the petition against the advertisement issued on August 28 for the appointment of the PMDC registrar. Advocate Adnan Kazmi appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner. It was stated that the PMDC Employees Service Regulations 2023 had set the maximum age limit for the registrar's post at 50 years, along with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
