The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed the £190 million case for hearing on June 26. The registrar office has issued the cause list confirming the date. The hearing will be conducted on the petitions filed by PTI founding chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi seeking suspension of their sentences. The bench will comprise Acting Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif. Earlier, the court had issued notices to the National Accountability Bureau, seeking a response. On January 17, the Islamabad Accountability Court had convicted the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in the case.
