Additional District and Sessions Court will indict Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur on July 17 in an audio leak case. Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr -um-Minallah heard the case registered at Golra Police Station against the K-P CM. Lawyer Raja Zahoorul Hasan told the court that Peshawar High Court had accepted the protective bail of Ali Amin Gandapur. The court cancelled non-bailable arrest warrant against the K-P CM and fixed July 17 for framing charges against him in the audio leak case.
