The incident unfolded as Kohistani’s convoy tried to pass through an area where nationalist party members were staging a protest. According to Express News, the demonstrators, angered by the convoy's presence, reacted by pelting the vehicle with stones, eggs, and tomatoes, accompanied by loud slogans. Despite the hostile reception, the convoy was able to safely exit the area without any injuries or further clashes reported.
