The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) announced the written results of the Central Superior Services (CSS) 2024 examinations on Monday, revealing a success rate of just 2.53%. According to official data, 23,100 candidates submitted applications for the competitive exam, out of which 15,602 appeared for the written phase. However, only 395 candidates successfully passed, reflecting the continued rigor and competitiveness of one of Pakistan’s most challenging career examinations. The candidates who have cleared the written exam will now advance to the next stages, which include psychological assessments, medical evaluations, and final interviews. The CSS examination is considered a gateway to Pakistan’s elite civil services, demanding not only academic excellence but also mental resilience, strategic thinking, and perseverance. The low pass rate once again highlights the intense level of preparation and determination required to succeed. FPSC has congratulated the successful candidates and advised them to prepare for the subsequent phases with equal dedication.
