Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a new anthem, "Kashmir Banay Ga Pakistan," on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day, which is observed annually on February 5 to show support for the people of Indian-administered Kashmir. The song, which conveys a strong message of unity and commitment to the Kashmiri cause, features the vocals of renowned singer Ahmed Jahanzeb. The music was composed by Irfan Saleem and Kamran Khan, with the lyrics written by Imran Raza. The anthem was specifically created to mark this significant day and reinforces the sentiment of solidarity with the brave and resilient people of Kashmir. The song opens with a historic speech by the late Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Geelani, in which he declared, "Islamically, Pakistan is ours, and we are Pakistan." He also led the crowd in chanting slogans for freedom. This anthem serves as a reminder of Pakistan’s unwavering support for Kashmir’s struggle for self-determination and highlights the nation’s commitment to standing by the people of the region.
