Pakistan's UN Ambassador Munir Akram, Wednesday met with his Chinese counterpart Fu Cong, who is also the President of UN Security Council for the month of February, to hand over a letter from Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan, as Kashmir Solidarity Day was observed around the world. In the letter, the DPM/FM drew the Security Council's attention to the grave human rights violations in IIOJK at the hands of the Indian occupation forces, and urged the Council members to take decisive steps.
