Haripur police officials have been warned against posting videos in police uniforms and carrying firearms online. According to officials, Hazara Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Nasir Mehmood Satti has decided to take action against those involved in creating TikTok videos and maintaining connections with criminal elements. The DIG stated that corruption, involvement in crime and associations with criminals will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Speaking at a police assembly in Haripur, the DIG emphasised that police officers and personnel assigned to development projects and industrial areas should remain on high alert at all times. He urged officers to treat citizens visiting police offices courteously and to offer all possible legal assistance. He also instructed that personal promotion on social media platforms should be avoided, and departmental action will be taken against any employees found violating this directive. During his visit to Haripur, DIG Nasir Mehmood Satti listened to the concerns of police employees and issued immediate instructions for the resolution of their issues. He also visited the district police officer's office, inspected the command and control room, and reviewed various branches of the department, providing guidance and feedback on their operations.
