The proposed bill includes provisions such as classifying non-filers as "ineligible persons" and implementing a plan to collect taxes from filers based on actual income and expenses. Under the proposed bill, non-filers will be prohibited from purchasing vehicles and property. They will also be barred from opening bank accounts.
