The National Assembly Standing Committee on IT and Telecommunications is scheduled to meet tomorrow at 11:30 AM for an in-depth discussion on the Digital Pakistan Bill and the issue of VPN registration. The meeting, to be chaired by Syed Aminul Haque, will also feature detailed briefings from the IT Secretary and the Chairman of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) on internet-related challenges faced by the IT industry and general users. Additionally, the issuance of Long Distance International (LDI) licenses will be reviewed.
