The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing has arrested a suspect for allegedly uploading offensive content against judges, sensitive agencies, and government officials on social media. According to an FIA spokesperson, the suspect, Abdul Waheed, was apprehended during a raid in Sialkot. Authorities also recovered a mobile phone and other related materials from his possession. The FIA has taken control of the social media accounts used by the suspect, including his Facebook account and other platforms. The spokesperson stated, “The accused was sharing offensive and fabricated content related to judges, sensitive institutions, and the government on social media. He has been presented in court, and physical remand has been obtained for further investigation.”
