Jackson investigation police have arrested Mehboob Ali Shah, a suspect responsible for assaulting and evicting his 80-year-old father, Hazrat Shah, from their home, according to a spokesperson for the SSP Investigation District Keamari. Mehboob not only abused him, but also physically attacked him and threw him out of their house. A case has been registered against Mehboob under Section 3/5 of the Parents Protection Act 2021 at Jackson police station. As per the Protection of Parents Act, if a child, his spouse, or offspring evicts or expels a parent from a house, whether owned or rented by such child or in his possession by any other means; he shall be punished with a rigorous punishment not exceeding one year, with or without fine.
