City Police Officer (CPO) Mansoorul Haq Rana suspended all staff of Basti Malook police station over violations of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Dr Usman Anwar’s orders to disband police pickets across the province on Sunday. Taking action after a video of a police picket at Qasba Laar went viral, the CPO suspended all staff of the police station, including Station House Officer (SHO) Abadullah Shah and In-charge police picket Assistant Sub-Inspector Haider Ali.
