Azam Khan, the caretaker chief minister of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, has said that one minister in the cabinet is a government servant due to which a department has not been assigned to him so far. Talking to the media here on Saturday, Azam said that in the caretaker provincial cabinet, a minister made a wrong statement before resigning due to which 14 out of 15 ministers were given portfolios. He said that soon advisers will be hired for the finance department, health department, information and other departments. The caretaker chief minister said, “There is no active political workers in the new cabinet and all the allegations are baseless.” He said that all the political parties were consulted during the formation of the cabinet. K-P Governor Haji Ghulam Ali said that no decision was taken to conduct an operation in any part of the country in the Apex Committee meeting. A decision has been taken in the meeting only to increase the capacity of the Counter Terrorism Department.
