The Ittehad Town police on Saturday arrested eight suspects including the ringleader of the Sharbati gang involved in motorcycle lifting and theft and recovered three motorcycles, 15 chassis, and a large number of spare parts from them. According to SHO Ghulam Rasool Arbab, the police on a secret information about the presence of Sharbati gang in the area raided a compound in Gulshan Ghazi area of Ittehad Town and arrested the eight-member gang along with its ringleader. The suspects were identified as Zubair alias Sharbati, M. Faisal, Ehsanullah, Saeed, Amjad Khan, Irfanullah, Sohail Akhtar and Saeedzada. The suspects have revealed that they stole dozens of motorcycles, dismantled their parts and sold in Hub. Published in The Express Tribune, November 27th, 2022.
