A 10-year-old boy who went to a mosque in Chandrai Chowki, Kot Lakhpat limits was raped by a suspected imam on Wednesday. The victim H* reportedly went to mosque to offer prayer. The suspect identified as Abbas took him to the basement of the mosque and raped the victim. On complaint, police registered a case and arrested the suspect. The investigations were underway in the matter. Meanwhile, a retired government officer was injured in an incident of firing by the unidentified suspected motorcyclists in Defence B. The victim identified as Farooq Ali a retired officer was returning home after dropping his children at school. On way back, two unidentified suspected motorcyclists followed and intercepted him.
