Racer Inam Ahmed has bagged the second position in the Streets of Toronto race and became the first Pakistani competitor to make his way to the Toronto Grand Prix after 14 race events. Ahmed suffered some damage to his vehicle in the 13th race of the Indy Pro 2000 Championship but didn't give up and eventually secured the position. Now, the young, talented motorsport racer is determined to win the championship with his speed and skill. Earlier, Ahmed secured third and fourth places in the Road American and Mid Ohio events, respectively. The youth is among the few racers in the professional motorsport of Asian origin and is set to take part in the Indy Pro 2000 Championship on August 20. This isn't the first time that a Pakistani has won such honours. Hamza Bilal Sarfaraz, an 18-year-old Pakistani golfer, recently received an invitation to participate in the FGC Callaway Junior World Golf Championship scheduled to be held in California from July 18-20. The youth captured the attention of golfers by qualifying for the IMG Academy Junior World Golf Championship, held in California from July 12 to 15.
