Former local body chairman Kallar Syedan, Sheikh Abdul Qudus died of a heart attack on the stage moments after he finished addressing an election rally of PML-N for Punjab Assembly’s constituency PP-7 Rawalpindi on Friday. A man gives him water but his condition suddenly deteriorates and he faints, falling unconscious on the lap of the person sitting next to him.
