Police arrested a suspect in the murder of a shopkeeper reportedly over business rivalry. According to officials, Hafeezullah, a resident of the 150EB area, had gone with shopkeeper Noor Muhammad to purchase buffaloes. However, he stabbed Noor, as well as his father and brother, over a business-related grudge. The injured shopkeeper was shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Burewala and later referred to Nishtar Hospital due to his critical condition, where he succumbed to his wounds. Saddar police arrested the suspect Hafeezullah on the complaint of Muhammad Majeed, the son of the deceased. A case was registered.
