A woman, hailing from Karachi, was allegedly sexually assaulted multiple times after she visited Lahore on false promises of marriage and job. The victim in a first information report (FIR) registered with the North Cantt police station on Monday said that she befriended a man identified as Haris through the online video game, PUBG. She said the accused lured her into visiting him in Lahore on promise of marriage and added that she arrived in the Punjab capital last week and lived with him for three days. The victim claimed that the accused raped her multiples times and abandoned her after she insisted for marriage.
