The Mansehra police have arrested an absconding alleged rapist. According to the Garhi Habibullah police, the suspect, who was identified as Ajmal, had abducted a woman a few days back while she was going to her parent’s house along with her two children. According to the victim, the accused and his accomplices forcibly bundled her and her children into a van and took them to a house. The suspect kept the woman and her children in his house for some days before taking them to Rawalpindi and then to Gujranwala. Read Seminary head denies rape allegations The victim told the police that the suspect, Ajmal, sexually assaulted her four days before she escaped and reached home. According to the police, the suspect was arrested by family members after he attempted to enter the woman’s house at night and handed him over to the police. The police registered a case against him.
