Commissioner Multan Division Javed Akhtar Mahmood directed officers concerned to ensure best arrangements in Ramazan Bazaars to facilitate the people in the holy month. Presiding over a meeting through video link on Thursday, Mahmood said 23 Ramazan Bazaars would be set up in the division. He directed officers concerned to register maximum sugar dealers to meet the requirements of the people. He added that control rooms would be established in the commissioner and deputy commissioner offices for proper monitoring. The commissioner added that strict monitoring of the stockers would be ensured by deploying workforce in Ramazan Bazaars. He directed the officers to ensure implementation of coronavirus standard operating procedures SOPs. Mahmood also urged price control magistrates to improve their performance in the month and ensure display of rate lists at prominent places in shops.
