A case had been registered in Sialkot under the local government act for advertising an illegal housing scheme and selling files. The case had been registered on the complaint of Sialkot Tehsil Council Enforcement Inspector Muhammad Usman Anwar. According to the FIR, the construction was being carried out in Rehman Garden, Mouza Ladhar near Sialkot Aymanabad Road without obtaining approval and NOC. Despite the notice issued by tehsil council, the owners and developers did not refrain from construction and advertisement and no response was given to the notice of said council. Reportedly, Sialkot Haven was advertised under the name of Rehman Garden. A map was submitted with the name of a private housing scheme, Sialkot Huns and its NOC had not been issued yet Sialkot Saddar police station registered a case and started investigation into the matter.
