Unidentified assailants strangled a labourer with a wire and threw him near Satiana Roa. Police took the body into custody and shifted it to a hospital after postmortem and registered a case against the unknown suspects. The police said 18-year-old Asim Shahid worked at a tea stall on Dograwan Road. While he was on his way home from the restaurant in the night, he was grabbed and strangled to death with a wire. His body was thrown on Noorpur Satiana Road. Passers-by saw the body lying on the side of the road and informed the police. Published in The Express Tribune, February 7th, 2021.
