Local veterinary hospital located in suburban area of Daera Din Panah was constantly facing drugs shortage. The field staff reportedly receiving salary at homes had left on unofficial leaves. A large number of cattle being brought in the hospital were succumbed to diseases following no provision of vaccine and related veterinary drugs in past few months. Locals including Allah Bukhsh, Khuda Yar, Noor Muhammad, Rahim Bukhsh and others told APP that cattle were getting ill while hospital staffers concerned were not ready to cooperate with them to save their animals. The hospital Incharge Dr Muhammad Akram claimed that there were four village in the hospital’s jurisdiction where staff was vaccinating animals on a regular basis.
