Punjab University (PU) awarded five PhD degrees to scholars in different faculties on Saturday. Nusrat Zahra was awarded a doctorate degree in the subject of Pakistan Studies after approval of her thesis entitled ‘Social Impact on Drinking Water Demand and Supply Management in Faisalabad’. Shabana Qadir Wagi got her PhD degree in Botany after approval of her thesis entitled ‘Study of Growth Promotional Potential of Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria (PGPB)’. Maira Afzazze Saeed was awarded degree in IR after approval of her thesis entitled ‘Emerging Geopolitics in the Indian Ocean Region: Implications for South Asia’.
