Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Faisalabad today and inaugurate the Kashmir Underpass on Canal Road, Model Police Station Civil Lines and community kitchen outside the railway station.
The premier is also expected to meet and address exporters, businessmen and the worker community of Faisalabad.
During his visit, Imran will also meet Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf MNAs and MPAs from Faisalabad.
Federal Ministers Asad Umar and Hamad Azhar will accompany the prime minister.
Prime Minister Imran Khan is set to undertake a maiden trip to Afghanistan next week on the invitation of President Ashraf Ghani as Afghan peace process faces uncertain future with the change at the White House after Democratic candidate Joe Biden captured the presidency in the recently held US election.
The exact date of the visit has yet to be announced but Afghan foreign ministry confirmed that the visit would take place in the coming week.
