Punjab reports 86 more virus cases

Punjab reported 86 fresh infections of the coronavirus disease over the last 24 hours. No death due to Covid-19 was reported during this period in the province while the number of cases exceeded 99,370.

As per the spokesperson for Punjab Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD), so far, the total number of deaths had been recorded at 2,233.

The P&SHD confirmed that 39 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Lahore, one in Kasur, one in Sheikhupura, four in Rawalpindi, one in Jhelum, 13 in Gujranwala, one in Sialkot, one in Narowal, four in Gujrat, one in Mandi Bahauddin, three in Multan, one in Vehari and six in Faisalabad.

Moreover, one Covid-19 case was reported in Sargodha, one in Mianwali, three in Bahawalpur and one in Dera Ghazi Khan.
