The Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC) has decided to digitise the complaint system. The decision was taken during MWMC CEO Muhammad Farooq Dogar’s visit to the Complaints Cell and Control Room on Thursday. Multan Waste Management Company Secretary Muhammad Kabir Khan, Chief Internal Auditor Asif Tahir and Manager Operations Dawood Mukhi were also accompanied by him. Speaking on the occasion, Farooq Dogar said that the digitalisation of the complaints cell was a very good step as citizens could get their complaints registered regarding cleanliness through mobile phones. He said the user-friendly app was essential to further digitalise the complaint system of the Multan Waste Management Company. He directed the officers concerned to get the services of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) for preparation of mobile app. CEO also inquired a citizen from the Complaints Center and took feedback regarding redressal of her complaint.
