A suspected proclaimed offender reportedly fled from police custody of Shahdara police on Thursday. Police said a proclaimed offender identified as Mubarak was crossing Ravi Bridge when he was intercepted by a police team and arrested. ASI Usman and a Constable Munir shifted him to the police station after the arrest. He was handcuffed and in the Muharar office when reportedly he managed to flee from his room.
